Perfect for adding a spicy, gourmet touch to your dishes, this pepper elevates any meal with its deep, robust taste.

How to Plant Your Pepper Plant in Soil

Choose a Good Spot:
Select a place in your garden or use a large pot (at least 12 inches in diameter and depth) if you want to keep the plant on your balcony or patio. The spot should get plenty of sunlight (6-8 hours a day), as peppers thrive in sunlight.

Prepare the Soil:
If you’re planting in the ground, loosen the soil to allow roots to spread easily. For a pot, fill it with good-quality potting soil. Make sure the soil drains well to prevent water from pooling.

Dig a Hole:
Dig a hole in the soil that’s twice the width of the plant’s root ball (around 6-8 inches deep and wide). The goal is to have enough space for the roots to spread comfortably.

Plant Your Pepper:
Carefully remove the pepper plant from its original pot, ensuring not to damage the roots. Place it in the hole, ensuring the top of the root ball is just under the surface. Cover the roots with soil, gently pressing the soil around the plant.

Water It Well:
After planting, water the plant generously to help settle the soil around the roots. This ensures the plant gets a good start in its new home.
